  • When you buy: your name, email address, billing details and order details. Payment is handled by our payment service provider at checkout; we do not receive or store your full card number.
  • When you contact us: the details you give in the contact form (such as name, email address, phone number, message and budget range) or by email.
  • Automatically: device and browser information, IP address and pages visited, collected by Shopify, which hosts this website, to operate and secure the store and to produce store analytics.

How we use it

  • to process your order and make your digital download available to you;
  • to reply to enquiries, give support and handle complaints and refund requests;
