Shipping and Digital Delivery

No physical shipping

Everything sold in the Studio Shop is a digital product. No physical item is packed or shipped, so there is no courier, no shipping address requirement and no shipping charge. If we add physical products later, this page will be updated before they are offered for sale.

How you receive your download

After your payment is confirmed, your download is made available through Shopify Digital Products.

If you cannot access your download

Email ads@tathagatmedia.com with your order number and checkout email. We will check the order and help restore access. We do not offer phone support. See also the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
