Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of tathagatmedia.com and to purchases from the Studio Shop. The website is operated by Tim Apple Media, a partnership firm of Rajnikant Dhingra and Hemlata Dhingra, trading as Tathagat Media. Registered address: Unit No 541, Sector - 4, Park Avenue, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201010, India. GSTIN: 09AATFT9292N1ZT. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

The Studio Shop sells digital products only. At the date of these terms this is the Shopify D2C Launch Kit: a PDF guide and a CSV metafield planning sheet, delivered as a digital download. It is planning and educational material. It is not legal, tax, accounting or professional advice, and we do not promise sales, revenue, search rankings or any other business result. No physical item is shipped.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). The total shown at checkout is the amount you pay. Payment is processed by our payment service provider at checkout; we do not see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive an order confirmation. If money is debited but you receive no confirmation, contact us with the transaction reference. We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting an order, as far as the law allows.

3. Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically. See Shipping and Digital Delivery.

4. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy the Launch Kit you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own store. If you are a freelancer or agency, you may also use it for stores you build for your clients. You may make the copies needed for that use, such as printing the PDF or filling in its worksheets.

You may not copy the kit for any other purpose, share it, redistribute it, post it publicly, resell it, sublicense it or repackage it, and you may not remove ownership notices or present it as your own work. The kit remains the property of Tim Apple Media. Shopify and other third-party names belong to their owners.

5. Cancellations and refunds

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.

6. Support and updates

We help with access to your download by email at ads@tathagatmedia.com. We do not offer phone support. No updates to the kit are included in the purchase.

7. Limits on our responsibility

The kit is a practical resource. To the extent the law permits, we are not responsible for business decisions you make using it, or for outages of Shopify, payment providers, email providers or other third-party services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any rights you have as a consumer to approach a consumer forum or court elsewhere, the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. To make a complaint, see Contact and Grievance.
